Go Gluten-Free With LO

LO is a light fruit beverage that has the same amount of calories (35 – 45), carbs (8 – 11 grams), and sugars (7 – 10 grams) as found in one whole piece of fruit, just as nature intended. It’s also certified low GI (glycemic index) product, as clinically test by Glycemic Index Laboratories, kosher, vegan, and gluten-free

As of this week, the FDA requires any food labeled “gluten-free,” “no gluten,” “free of gluten” and “without gluten” to meet all of the requirements of the now official term, gluten-free. LO Fruit Beverage complies with these new regulations, meaning it contains less than 20 parts per million of gluten, the protein found in grains such as wheat, barley and rye, and is safe for those with celiac disease.
